Philosophy
All of the attorneys, professionals, and administrative staff at Bourque
& Associates P.A. strive to achieve the

Whether an intellectual property asset involves a patent, trademark, or
copyright, both corporations and individuals need the maximum protection
afforded by law. To determine and implement that protection, we first obtain
a thorough understanding of the client's
objectives, generally by meeting with the client on-site to learn about the
client's technologies, intellectual property assets, infrastructure, and
business goals. Only then can we prepare a detailed plan for the protection
of the client's intellectual property assets.
